Zoe brings more than twenty years of industry experience to the salon she has spent fourteen years shaping. Her approach remains warm, honest and personal: every client is welcomed as an individual, every recommendation is made with care and every detail is considered.

The person behind the retreat.
Zoe founded Zoe’s Retreat fourteen years ago with a simple vision: to create a place where clients feel genuinely looked after, listened to and confident in the treatments they receive.
As a mum herself, Zoe understands how busy life can be and how valuable it is to have somewhere to switch off, take time for yourself and feel cared for. She continues to oversee the development of the retreat, with a focus on creating a welcoming, professional and luxurious experience for every client.
Training & professional development
- Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
- City & Guilds Level 3 QCF Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
- City & Guilds Level 4 unit in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector
- Advanced aesthetics training, including advanced injectable treatments
