Health information receives additional protection under UK data protection law. We collect only information relevant to your care and treatment and use an appropriate lawful basis and special category condition for the circumstances. Where consent is relied upon, it will be requested explicitly.
Who we may share information with
Information may be shared only where necessary with trusted booking, form, payment or technology providers; an appropriately qualified prescriber involved in your treatment; professional advisers, insurers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep information
Records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and to meet applicable legal, insurance and professional record-keeping requirements. They are then securely deleted or destroyed.
